What are the application possibilities of Sphere 360°

Sphere 360° is used wherever you want to check email addresses or phone numbers for known misuse behavior or need a quality/data assessment. Like e.g.
- Registration processes (fake emails / phone numbers verification)
- Voucher issue (e.g. for newsletter registration)
- Product reviews (abuse through the use of fake emails)
- Phone number analysis (origin, type)
- Evaluation of legacy data sets for data quality
- ...


What is the clientele of Sphere 360°

For Sphere 360° there is no classic clientele to which our offer is directed. Anyone who wants to review third party data or has a legitimate interest in doing so counts as one of our customers. This includes: Private persons / associations, restaurateurs, hoteliers, store portals, department stores, online portals of any kind, financial service providers, agencies, ...

Please note that for integration into your project - programming skills for API querying are required.


Sphere 360° - Made in Germany?

Sphere 360° was developed and programmed in Germany, where it is also constantly being further developed. Sphere 360° is a product of a German company.


What is Sphere 360° [FREE 100]

The FREE 100 package is a free subscription, the access to our service is limited with this package and is particularly suitable for small projects in the private environment. This package is also suitable for gaining initial experience with our system.


What is Sphere 360° [BASIC - PROFESSIONAL - INDIVIDUAL]

These are our PRO subscriptions (fee required). All packages get full access to all features of our system and are suitable for small to large projects.


Are there any usage limitations / fair use policies?

You can include and use the API in different projects at the same time. The multiple use takes place within the framework of a fair use policy.

The fair-use policy describes a use of the offer within the normal framework. This means:
- The multiple use of an API key should not be too much above average.
- An API key should only be used for your own projects and should not be applied across users.
- In case of disregard of the fair-use policy, throttling or blocking may be applied for this reason. - When your booked query quota is reached, your API requests are rejected.


What data does Sphere 360° store during an identification request?

Sphere 360° does not store any data from your requests. Only metadata about the request (e.g. IP address or assignment of the request of your account) are stored for billing and statistical purposes. For details on data protection, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy.
PRO subscriptions provide 30-day statistics on the number of evaluable requests.


I want to include the API in my project, do I get support for this?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for your projects or programming. We offer detailed examples for using the interface in our download area. The interface is aimed at a group of people with programming experience in the web area. JSON & PHP knowledge should be available.




Subscription & Payment

How much does a Sphere 360° PRO subscription cost?

Prices depend on how many requests you want to send per month. You can find more information on the home page.


What is the contract period of a Pro subscription?

Sphere 360° Pro subscription packages are available for both monthly and annual payment methods. The minimum duration of a subscription package is one month (i.e. one billing period). For an annual subscription, the billing period is one year. You can cancel your subscription at any time up to 14 days before the end of the current billing period. The contract will then run until the end of this billing period and will not be renewed. If the contract is not cancelled up to 14 days before the end of the current billing period - an invoice for the next payment period will be issued automatically.


When is the payment due?

Annual subscription packages are paid 12 months in advance. For monthly billing, payment is due at the beginning of the respective monthly billing period.


Is it possible to switch between the different subscription packages after ordering?

Yes. We offer multiple subscription packages with the ability to customize and switch between them should your individual needs change. After you book a Pro package, you will find the option to change your package on your account page. Upgrades are immediate, while switching to a smaller package or a package with a shorter duration will take effect at the end of the current billing period.


What are the payment options?

We accept payments by bank transfer (on account). You will receive a new payment request 14 days before the end of the current billing period.


What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing offers the greatest cost savings; monthly billing offers the greatest flexibility. If you choose annual billing, the entire year is paid in advance. With monthly billing, payment is due at the beginning of each monthly billing period. Both payment options give you the option to change or cancel your subscription package.

In which contract language is the subscription concluded?

Sphere 360° is Made in Germany. The contract language as well as all relevant documents are issued in German.


How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time: Log in to your account. Select the 'Cancel / FREE 100 Package' from the Packages menu.... You can cancel your subscription by booking the FREE 100 package. Your PRO subscription will then no longer be active at the end of the current billing period. You can continue to use your PRO subscription until that time. After the PRO subscription expires, the package will automatically switch to the FREE 100 plan. If you no longer wish to use our products at all, you can select "Delete account" in your account at any time after the PRO subscription has expired and your subscription has been moved into the FREE 100 status.




Definitions

temporary e-mail?

Temporary e-mail addresses must first be created on the website of the respective provider in order to be used. These are then valid and accessible for between 10 minutes and several hours. The names of the e-mail addresses are often created randomly and can be viewed publicly.
This type of email is often used to sign up for a short time in a forum or for a bonus newsletter. For example, to get a discount for signing up for a newsletter for the next purchase.
Special agencies make use of these services to also write fake reviews or product reviews, as these are often no longer tracked.
If one leaves the page of the temporary e-mail providers, often no access to the e-mails is possible and the address is destroyed.
